  • What is TAT? 

                  Our current TAT is one month, starting the business day after purchase. Typically they go out much faster than this. If an item has a different TAT it will be noted in the item description. 

  • Do you do customs?

                  We love to do custom orders! you can message us or email us to discuss custom orders. Our email is alaynanicolebowco@gmail.com

  • Do you offer local pickup?

                 Local Pickup is offered in Mountain Grove or Cabool, MO. 

  • How much is shipping?

                 Shipping is based on item weight and will change depending on the items ordered. It starts out around $3 and goes up from there. 

  • Do you take returns? 

                 Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receiving your items. You must return the items in unused condition. You can find more info in our return policy.

  • Are packages shipped with insurance?

                Packages are typically shipped First class with the USPS which does not include insurance for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged after being shipped. However, If you would like to purchase insurance for your package you can find it on our "other" tab. 

  • How long does shipping take?
                Orders are usually shipped first class with the USPS so shipping times range from 1-7 days. I can not control the postal service, so shipping times are not guaranteed.
